What to bring to your Ayahuasca Retreat
Please bring the following ceremonial items with you for your Retreat. It is normal in most Indigenous Royal Shamanic Traditions for one to make offerings for a successful healing Cerermony, to Pachamama (the Great Earth Spirit), to the Great Healing Deities and to the Great La Madre Ayahuasca and Le Bois Sacre Iboga:
- 1 Packet of White Sage (Available at Holistic Shop)
- 1 bottle of Agua de Florida
- A bottle of Rose, Chamomile and Lavender Water (Available at Naturally Thinking or Star Child). You may also purchase the following brands of Rose water: English Provender, Al Rahib and Hamada
- 3 Metres of White Egyptian Muslin Cotton
- 3 Metres of Natural White Silk (Available at Whaleys)
- An offering of jungle fruits
- A small packet of native American Natural Tobacco preferably from South America or the brand called Pueblo (Available from Mystery Mountain)
- A bunch of yellow, pink, red and white flowers, or a bunch of black tulips or black (dark red) roses (these are very auspicious offerings if one can find them)
- A tub of Sea Salt or Celtic Salt
- A tub of Magnetic Cleansing clay or body mud
- A tub of natural or Lily of the Valley Talcum powder
- 2 Naturally Scented Candles or 2 large Beeswax Candles (Available at Beessence)
- 1 Black and 1 Red Candle
- An Eagle Feather, Hawk Feather or Peacock Feather
- A Blue and Silver Moon Calendar / or Map of the Planets or the Stars
- 1 Bottle of I coloniali Star Anise/ Cardoman/Galangal Shower Cream (Available here)
- A small Bottle of Red and White Wine and red, white and black spirits for Pachamama
- A Bottle of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 small tincture of Vogels Milk Thistle
- 1 small tincture of Vogels Echinacea
- 1 small packet of Monkey Nuts
- 1 small packet of sweets that you liked when you were younger at school
Please note that the Ceremonial offerings are a very important part of the Ceremony. In all Royal Shamanic Traditions, offerings are made as a way of calling on the assistance of the Healing Deities and Mother Earth in order to aks for their assistance during the Ceremony and to open the Avatar gateways into the higher healing worlds of Ayahuasca and Iboga. Our Planet is an Avatar Being of Earth, Water, Fire and Air - when we travel into the extraordinary healing worlds of Ayahuasca and Iboga we get to see how Shamans were the original space travellers and we were also the original surgeons.
Shamanism is the oldest form of medicine on Planet Earth, it is not supposed to compete with western medicine it merely has completely different healing principles than western medicine. Whatever issues you have in your life that compel you to make the decision to receive Shamanic Healing please remember that all of the problems, and illnesses that we have in our life are really all designed to help us to learn more about who we are as MIND BODY SPIRIT & SOUL and then ultimately to help us to get to the light - this is the true Avatar Destiny of every human being on planet Earth.
